General Wedding Policies
Wedding Glow Booking Window
Wedding Glow Pathways are designed to begin 1–4 weeks prior to the wedding date, depending on the selected path. Last-minute or same-week pathway bookings are not recommended, as skin responds best to calm, progressive preparation.
Skin-Safe Approach
In the final days leading up to a wedding, treatments are intentionally conservative. Active exfoliation, strong corrective treatments, or unfamiliar products may be limited or avoided to reduce the risk of irritation, sensitivity, or visible reaction close to the event.
At-Home Care Consistency
Clients are encouraged to maintain a consistent at-home routine during their Wedding Glow Pathway. Introducing new products, treatments, or devices outside of the Cottage during this time may affect results and skin comfort.
Wedding-Week Adjustments
Services scheduled during the wedding week are focused on hydration, barrier support, and skin calm. Treatment pacing may be adjusted based on real-time skin condition to ensure the safest and most supportive outcome.
Wedding-Week Scheduling
Wedding-week appointments are reserved specifically and begin promptly at the scheduled time. Late arrivals may result in modified services to maintain schedule flow and treatment integrity.
Wedding Party Appointments
Wedding party services are scheduled individually and subject to availability. The Pamper Cottage is a single-provider studio, and services are performed one guest at a time.
Results & Expectations
Every skin journey is unique. While Wedding Glow Pathways are designed to support visible radiance and skin comfort, results may vary based on individual skin history, sensitivity, and adherence to recommended care.
Wedding Glow Retainers
Wedding Glow Pathways require a 50% retainer at the time of booking. This retainer secures the selected pathway, reserves wedding-week availability, and allows for thoughtful preparation and scheduling.
The retainer is applied toward the total cost of the pathway. The remaining balance is due at the first scheduled visit.
Wedding Glow retainers are non-refundable, as appointment time is reserved specifically in advance. With appropriate notice, retainers may be transferred to another Wedding Glow Pathway or future service, subject to availability.
Wedding Party Gleam Appointments
Wedding party appointments are booked individually and require standard booking policies at the time of scheduling. When included as part of a hosted Wedding Glow Pathway, services are added to the pathway total.
Wedding Glow Cancellations & Changes
Wedding Glow Pathways are reserved in advance and prepared for with intention. Because of the time-sensitive nature of weddings, the following guidelines apply.
Pathway Cancellations
Wedding Glow Pathways require advance scheduling and preparation. As outlined in the retainer policy, retainers are non-refundable due to the reservation of time and wedding-week availability. If a Wedding Glow Pathway must be canceled with at least 14 days’ notice, any services already completed will be honored, and remaining unused visits may be transferred to a future service, subject to availability and timing. Cancellations made with less than 14 days’ notice are not eligible for transfer.
Rescheduling Visits Within a Pathway
Individual visits within a Wedding Glow Pathway may be rescheduled with appropriate notice, provided the change does not interfere with wedding-week timing or pathway integrity. Same-week or last-minute rescheduling requests may result in adjusted services to ensure skin comfort and schedule flow.
Wedding-Week Appointments
Appointments scheduled during the wedding week are reserved specifically and are difficult to replace. Missed or canceled wedding-week appointments are not eligible for refunds. If illness or unexpected circumstances arise, every effort will be made to offer a supportive alternative when possible.
Wedding Party Gleam Appointments
Wedding Party Gleam appointments follow standard studio cancellation policies when booked individually. When included as part of a hosted Wedding Glow Pathway, missed or canceled appointments are not refundable once scheduled.
Late arrivals & No shows
Wedding Glow appointments are carefully timed and prepared for in advance, particularly during the wedding week.
Late arrivals may result in a shortened or modified service in order to maintain schedule flow and treatment integrity. The full service fee will still apply.
Missed appointments and no-shows are not eligible for refunds or transfers. Wedding-week appointments are reserved specifically and are difficult to replace.
For Wedding Party Gleam appointments included as part of a hosted Wedding Glow Pathway, missed or late appointments are not refundable once scheduled.
