Booking & Deposits
At The Pamper Cottage, appointments are reserved just for you, with time thoughtfully set aside to ensure every visit feels calm, personal, and never rushed. To honor this experience for all guests, a deposit is required at the time of booking.
Deposits
A 40% deposit is collected when scheduling and is applied toward your service total at checkout.
Deposits are non-refundable but may be transferred once if your appointment is rescheduled within the required notice period (see Cancellations & Rescheduling).
Missed or late-cancelled appointments will result in forfeiture of the deposit.

Appointments can be scheduled anytime through our online booking portal.
If you prefer a personal touch, you’re always welcome to message or email for assistance with scheduling.
Payment Options
The Pamper Cottage accepts all major credit and debit cards, Venmo, PayPal, and cash. Gift certificates and Glimmer Guild credits may also be applied toward your balance.
Cancellations & Rescheduling
Because each appointment is reserved exclusively for you, The Pamper Cottage kindly asks for notice when plans change. This helps ensure every guest has an opportunity to enjoy the time they need for care and renewal.
Notice Window
Cancellations or reschedules require at least 24 hours’ notice. Changes made within 24 hours of your appointment will result in forfeiture of your 40% deposit.
No-Shows
Guests who miss their appointment without notice will forfeit their deposit and may be asked to prepay future bookings in full.
Rescheduling Grace
Appointments may be rescheduled without penalty prior to the 24-hour window.
Illness or Emergency
If you are ill, contagious, or have experienced a genuine emergency, please reach out as soon as possible. Understanding and compassion are at the heart of the Cottage, and reasonable exceptions may be made at Crystal’s discretion.
Late Arrivals & No-Shows
Each appointment at The Pamper Cottage is thoughtfully timed to create a peaceful, unhurried experience.
To honor every guest’s time and preserve the calm rhythm of the day, please plan to arrive a few minutes early to settle in before your treatment begins.
Grace Period
A 10-minute grace period is provided for unexpected delays.
If arrival exceeds 10 minutes past your scheduled start time, the appointment will be considered a no-show, and the 40% deposit will be forfeited.
Communication
If you believe you may arrive late, please send a quick message as soon as possible.
While every effort will be made to accommodate you when timing allows, services cannot be guaranteed beyond the grace period.
No-Shows
Guests who do not arrive for their appointment or fail to communicate with Crystal, will forfeit their deposit and may be required to prepay future appointments in full.
Repeated no-shows will result in loss of booking privileges.
Arrival & Check-In
To keep The Pamper Cottage calm and cozy for everyone, please plan your arrival with care.
As there is no dedicated waiting area for The Pamper Cottage, please arrive no more than 10 minutes early for your appointment. If you arrive sooner and the previous service is still in progress, I kindly ask that you wait until your scheduled time before approaching the studio door.
Check-In
There is no front desk or receptionist — check-in is done personally at the studio door with Crystal.
Once greeted, you’ll be guided in, settled comfortably, and invited to begin your time of rest and renewal.
Quiet Courtesy
To preserve the peaceful atmosphere, please silence phones and keep voices low upon entering the building.
Your time in the Cottage is meant to be calm, restorative, and all your own.
Health & Safety
Your comfort, care, and wellbeing are at the heart of every service at The Pamper Cottage.
To ensure a safe and relaxing experience for all guests, please review the following guidelines before your visit.
Wellness First
If you are feeling unwell, have a fever, cold, flu, COVID-19 symptoms, open sores, or any contagious condition, please reach out as soon as possible to reschedule.
Arriving ill may result in your appointment being declined for the safety of all guests, and your deposit will be forfeited.
Allergies & Sensitivities
Please notify Crystal of any allergies, skin sensitivities, or medical conditions when booking or during your intake.
Every product and ritual is chosen with care, and adjustments can be made to ensure your comfort and safety.
Crystal is allergic to pumpkin and hazelnut and as such, neither of those are allowed in the studio in any form. If you have a drink or food item containing either pumpkin or hazelnut, please leave it in your vehicle.
Contraindications & Medications
Some treatments may not be suitable for guests using certain topical medications, undergoing medical procedures, or with specific health conditions.
If you are under a physician’s care, recently had surgery, or are using prescription skincare or medications such as Accutane, please share this information before your visit so your service can be safely customized.
Sanitation & Cleanliness
The Pamper Cottage follows professional-grade sanitation and disinfection protocols before and after every service.
All tools, linens, and touchpoints are thoroughly cleaned and refreshed to maintain a healthy and tranquil environment.
Children, Guests & Accessibility
The Pamper Cottage was designed as a quiet, restorative space for personalized care.
To preserve this calm environment and ensure safety, children and guests are not permitted in the studio during services, with a few caring exceptions.
Age Requirement
All services at The Pamper Cottage are for guests ages 13 and older.
Guests under 18 must have a parent or legal guardian present to sign consent forms prior to treatment.
Parental Presence
A parent or guardian may remain quietly in the studio only if the minor feels more comfortable with their presence.
Otherwise, to maintain focus and relaxation, services are performed one-on-one.
Accessibility & Mobility Assistance
The Pamper Cottage warmly welcomes guests of all abilities.
If you require help getting on or off the treatment table, please let Crystal know when booking and arrange to bring your own caregiver to assist with transfers.
For safety and liability reasons, Crystal is unable to physically lift or transfer guests onto the treatment table, but accommodations and extra time may be arranged to ensure comfort and care throughout your visit.
Your caregiver or support person is always welcome to remain quietly in the studio during your service if it helps you feel at ease.
Service Eligibility by Age
Ages 13–15: Eligible for gentle skin rituals such as Faeryspring Bloom (teen facial) and select basic Cottage Facials.
Advanced or technology-based treatments are not available for this age group.Ages 16–17: May receive all Cottage Facials, Elemental Collection rituals, and select Faeryforge services at Crystal’s discretion.
Peels, microcurrent, and ultrasonic modalities require written permission from both a parent or guardian and the client’s physician prior to scheduling.Ages 18+: Eligible for all services offered at The Pamper Cottage.
Guests & Companions
To keep the experience tranquil and focused, only the scheduled guest may be present during the service, unless an approved caregiver or parent is quietly accompanying the guest as noted above.
Service Modifications
Every treatment at The Pamper Cottage is designed to be a personalized experience — tailored to your skin’s needs, comfort level, and safety. To protect your wellbeing and ensure beautiful results, adjustments may occasionally be made during your visit.
Professional Discretion
Crystal reserves the right to modify, shorten, or decline any service if it is determined that the requested treatment is unsafe, unsuitable for your skin condition, or contraindicated by health concerns or recent procedures.
Product & Technique Adjustments
If a product is unavailable or a different formula better supports your skin that day, substitutions of equal or greater quality will be used without altering the value of your service.
Techniques and modalities may also be adjusted for comfort, sensitivity, or timing as needed to maintain the integrity of your treatment.
Honoring Your Comfort
Open communication is encouraged throughout your visit. If at any point you feel discomfort or wish to pause a step, please let Crystal know — your comfort and peace of mind always come first.
Refunds & Retail Returns
All services at The Pamper Cottage are performed with care and intention. Because each experience and result is unique, treatment services are non-refundable once rendered.
Retail Products
Unopened retail items may be exchanged within 7 days of purchase for another item within the same product category (for example, cleanser for cleanser, serum for serum).
Due to hygiene and safety regulations, opened or used products cannot be returned or exchanged.
If the selected exchange item costs more, the price difference will be collected at the time of exchange.
If the new item costs less, the difference will be refunded back to your original payment method.
If you experience a reaction to a product purchased at The Pamper Cottage, please contact Crystal promptly so an appropriate alternative can be arranged.
Gift Certificates & Memberships
Gift certificates, packages, and Glimmer Guild memberships are non-refundable and non-transferable, though they may be used toward eligible services or retail purchases as outlined in your membership benefits.
Privacy & Confidentiality
Your privacy and trust are cherished at The Pamper Cottage. Every visit, conversation, and record is treated with the same care and discretion that defines all Cottage experiences.
Confidentiality
All personal information shared through intake forms, consultations, or conversations during your visit is kept strictly confidential and used only to provide safe, customized care.
Your details will never be shared, sold, or discussed outside the scope of your professional treatment.
Consent & Photography
Before-and-after photos are taken only with your explicit consent and are used solely for professional purposes such as progress tracking or marketing.
You may withdraw consent for image use at any time.
Digital Security
The Pamper Cottage uses secure booking and payment platforms to protect your information.
Any written or digital records are stored safely and accessed only by Crystal.
Professional Integrity
Respect, comfort, and discretion are the foundation of every service. You are always welcome to decline questions, steps, or practices that make you uncomfortable — your peace of mind always comes first
Professional Conduct & Boundaries
The Pamper Cottage is a sanctuary of peace, professionalism, and respect. To maintain a safe and positive experience for all, guests and the practitioner are asked to uphold the same standard of courtesy and care.
Mutual Respect
Every service is provided in a professional manner and within the scope of licensed esthetics practice. Inappropriate language, behavior, or advances of any kind will result in the immediate termination of the appointment, full charge for the scheduled service, and possible refusal of future bookings.
Quiet & Consideration
Please silence phones and devices before entering the studio.
Soft voices and calm conversation are appreciated to preserve the tranquil atmosphere for all guests within the shared salon space.
Boundaries
Crystal values open communication and your comfort throughout every visit. You are always encouraged to speak up if you experience discomfort, need an adjustment, or wish to pause a step.
In return, please respect any professional or physical boundaries set to ensure a safe and ethical treatment environment.
Right to Refuse Service
The Pamper Cottage reserves the right to refuse or discontinue service to anyone whose behavior, condition, or requests are unsafe, inappropriate, or not aligned with the studio’s professional standards or licensing regulations.
Medical & Aftercare Disclaimer
Services at The Pamper Cottage are designed to support relaxation, confidence, and skin wellness through professional esthetic care. They are non-medical treatments and should not replace advice or care provided by a licensed medical professional.
Non-Medical Services
All facials, peels, and enhancements offered are cosmetic in nature and intended for general skin health, not for the diagnosis or treatment of medical conditions.
If you are under a doctor’s care, taking medication, or managing a medical skin condition, please consult your healthcare provider before beginning any new skincare regimen or advanced treatment.
Personal Responsibility
Guests are responsible for sharing complete and accurate health information before each visit to ensure safe, effective care. Crystal relies on this information to determine appropriate services and product use.
Aftercare & Home Care
Following recommended aftercare is essential for maintaining results and protecting your skin’s integrity.
Failure to follow proper home care may affect your results and comfort — The Pamper Cottage cannot be held responsible for outcomes affected by unapproved products or noncompliance with aftercare instructions.
Allergic Reactions
While every effort is made to prevent sensitivity or irritation, reactions can occur. If you experience discomfort after your visit, please contact Crystal promptly for assistance and guidance.
Inclement Weather & Emergency Policy
The safety of every guest always comes first at The Pamper Cottage. In the event of hazardous weather or an unexpected emergency, adjustments may be made to ensure everyone’s wellbeing.
Weather-Related Cancellations
If weather conditions make travel unsafe, appointments may be rescheduled without penalty.
Crystal will contact you as soon as possible if the studio must close or delay opening due to severe weather.
Likewise, if you cannot safely travel to your appointment, please reach out promptly to arrange a new date — your deposit will transfer to the rescheduled visit.
Emergencies & Power Outages
In the event of power loss, building emergencies, or any situation that prevents safe operation, services will be paused or rescheduled at no cost to you.
Communication
All weather and emergency updates will be shared through text or email, depending on your booking contact preference. Please ensure your contact information is current so you receive timely updates
Membership & Promotion Terms
The Pamper Cottage offers a selection of memberships and seasonal promotions designed to bring beauty, consistency, and a touch of enchantment to your self-care routine. To keep things fair and simple, the following guidelines apply to all memberships, discounts, and special offers.
Armed Forces Courtesy
In gratitude for their dedication and service, active-duty military members and veterans receive a standing 30% Armed Forces Courtesy on all services, retail purchases, and memberships.
This courtesy applies exclusively to the service member or veteran and is available year-round.
A valid military ID or proof of service must be presented at checkout.
Military Spouse Appreciation Weekend
Each year, beginning on Military Spouse Appreciation Day (the Friday before Mother’s Day) and continuing through Mother’s Day Sunday, spouses of current service members and veterans are honored with a 25% courtesy on all services and retail purchases.
Glimmer Guild Memberships
Memberships are billed monthly and include exclusive benefits outlined in your selected tier.
Unused monthly services may roll over for up to two months total from their original billing cycle.
For example, a February service may be redeemed in March alongside that month’s service, but it will expire at the end of March if unused, with no refund or further rollover.
Members are welcome to combine two valid monthly services during a single visit, provided both services remain within their tier’s eligible value range.
For instance, a Glimmer Sprout member may use two monthly credits during one visit — such as a Cottage Express and a Cottage Classic Reverie — but may not combine them to upgrade into a higher-tier service like the Dreamweaver Rest & Renew.
Memberships may be paused or canceled with 14 days’ written notice prior to the next billing date.
Discounts included in membership tiers cannot be combined with other offers, promotions, or sales.
Founders Grove Members
Founding Visitors enjoy exclusive rituals, pricing, and legacy perks that are unique to their tier.
These benefits remain distinct and do not stack or combine with Glimmer Guild discounts, seasonal sales, or other promotions including the Armed Forces Courtesy.
Gift Certificates
Gift certificates are always purchased at full face value (no discounts) and maintain that value indefinitely.
Certificates may be used toward any eligible service or retail purchase, including those offered at a discounted rate through Glimmer Guild, Founders Grove, or the Armed Forces Courtesy programs.
Gift certificates are non-refundable and may not be exchanged for cash.
Gift Certificates cannot be used to purchase additional gift certificates.
General Promotions & Sales
All promotional offers, seasonal enhancements, and event specials are limited-time and may not be combined with other discounts unless stated otherwise.
Payments & Gratuity
The Pamper Cottage accepts a variety of payment methods to make your visit simple and seamless.
Accepted Payments
Payments are accepted via credit and debit card, PayPal, Venmo, and cash*.
*There is no cash on the premises to make change for cash payments, please plan accordingly.
Deposits collected at booking are applied toward your final total at checkout.
Gift certificates and membership credits may also be redeemed for eligible services or retail items.
Balances & Due Amounts
Any remaining balance after deposit must be paid in full at the conclusion of your appointment.
Returned payments or chargebacks will incur a $35 fee and must be resolved before future bookings can be accepted.
Gratuity
Gratuities are never expected but are always welcome, if you wish to express appreciation for your experience.
Gratuities may be left in cash, Venmo, or card at checkout.
Price Changes
Service prices are subject to change without notice as product and supply costs fluctuate.
Current rates are always reflected on The Pamper Cottage’s official website and booking portal.
